Broccoli

Broccoli florets are to originate and be prepared from clean, sound crop. After harvest, Broccoli is to be sorted, cut to the required diameter, blanched, cooled, frozen by the use of the air fluidization technique, sorted to ensure the correct diameter, metal detected, and packed.

Good agricultural and manufacturing practices are to be applied. The product manufacturing and agricultural practices should not involve the use of any additives, what so ever. The product must not be obtained or manufactured directly or indirectly with the aid of genetically modified techniques.
