Frozen Mango, free from rots and predominantly free from blemishes.
Freezing mango involves three main steps. First, wash and peel the mangoes, freeze, then slice them to your desired thickness. Second, arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking tray and place them in the freezer for at least two hours. Then get them out to chop in dices to your desired diemensiones; finally, transfer the frozen mango dices into an airtight container or freezer bag and store them in the freezer until ready to use.
